Isi daant ka doosra active lab order ho to ek baar poochta hai "This tooth already has another active lab order … Send anyway?" — Cancel = kuch nahi bheja jaata. "Or send as a new lab order" me usi lab ka bina-bheja draft mile to "This patient already has a case for this lab that was never sent (draft)" aata hai → "Add to this case and send it to the lab (recommended)" ya "Different work — make a separate case". Mobile app ke X-ray & Photos ke 3D viewer me bhi yahi buttons hain (app update ke baad).

Pehle "Attach" sirf files jodta tha — chart se apne aap bana case "pending" (draft) hi rehta tha, lab ko dikhta nahi tha aur reminder aate rehte the. Ab "Send scan to lab" panel me aise case ke neeche laal likha aata hai "not sent yet — the lab cannot see it" aur button "Attach & send to lab" hota hai: pehle case lab ko bhejta hai, phir files lagata hai. Ho jaane par "✓ Sent to lab" dikhta hai.
