"Send to lab now" ek hi baar me lab order banata hai, lab ko bhejta hai aur files case ki chat me lagata hai — Lab page jaane ki zaroorat nahi. Usi lab me patient ka khula case ho to "This patient already has an open case with this lab" aata hai → "Add to this case (recommended)" ya "Different work — make a separate case". Galtiyan: "Tick at least one file to send.", "Choose the lab.", "Write what the lab should make."; lab list khaali = "No lab added yet" (pehle lab jodo). Patient se na juda (unassigned) scan nahi jaata: "Assign this scan to a patient first." Kai patients ke nahi, ek patient ke kai scan ek saath bhejne ke liye "☑️ Select → send / PDF" use karo. Mobile: patient → More → Imaging → 3D tile → "🧪 Send to lab" (same panel).
3D scan viewer se "Send to lab" karke lab ko kaise bheje?
Patient chart → "X-ray/Scan" → 3D tile kholo → "🧪 Send to lab". Panel "Send scan to lab": "Files to send" me ye scan tick hota hai — bridge se ek export (upper / lower / bite) aaya ho to us export ki saari files bhi tick hoti hain (jo na bhejni ho untick). Patient ka koi case ho to "Add to a lab case" me "Attach". Naya kaam ho to "Or send as a new lab order": lab chuno, "What to make — e.g. Zirconia crown 36", "Notes for the lab (optional)" → "Send to lab now". "✓ Sent to <lab> · <case code>" aata hai.
