Tick tabhi lagao jab patient ne sach me WhatsApp ke liye haan kahi ho (form, register ya likhit) — ye clinic ki zimmedari hai. Upload ke baad message aata hai: "✅ N contacts saved — X new, Y with consent recorded…". Patient file me WhatsApp sahmati pehle se ho to bina tick ke bhi uska contact opted-in ho jaata hai. Campaign wizard me list banate waqt bhi consent tick hota hai — wo bhi yahi karta hai. Excel / CSV upload Growth add-on ka hissa hai — "This needs the Growth add-on" aaye to Setup → Plan & Help → Store se le sakte hain.
Consent pending contacts ko opted-in kaise kare taki campaign jaye?
Unke number Excel / CSV me daalo → Patient Connect → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Contacts → "📤 Contacts upload (Excel / CSV)" → file chuno → "I confirm that these people have given consent…" tick → "📤 Upload". Pehle se pending contact opted-in ho jaate hain. Patient ka khud WhatsApp karna pending ko opted-in nahi karta. STOP / opted-out kabhi opted-in nahi hote.
