Isliye yahan "Matched" aaye phir bhi asli WhatsApp par koi flow ya command (jaise "hi", "book", "kab" se shuru message) pehle jawab de sakta hai, aur beta clinic na ho to rule asli WhatsApp par chalta hi nahi. "Business hours only" wala rule raat 9 ke baad yahan bhi match nahi hota. Koi bhi staff ise chala sakta hai. Khaali box par "Enter a test message" aata hai. Mobile: "Your keyword replies" → "Test" button → "Test Matcher".
Keyword rule ko Test Matcher se kaise check kare?
Auto-Reply → "Your keyword replies" → "🧪 Test Matcher" → patient jaisa message likho (jaise "what are your timings?") → "Test". Hara "✓ Matched: <rule naam>" aur jawab ka text, ya laal "✗ No rule matched". Patient ko kuch nahi jaata aur "Triggers" ginti nahi badhti.
