Ye sirf doctor / owner / admin login se hota hai. Clinical Note tabhi dikhta hai jab us case sheet me complaint ya diagnosis bhara ho — bilkul khaali draft chart me nahi dikhti, use bas chhod do. Us din ka treatment abhi bhi chart me ho to app pehle treatment hatane ko kehta hai ("TT chain: …" message). Billed case sheet kabhi cancel nahi hoti ("Cannot cancel a billed case sheet"). Sahi patient / doctor ke liye "New Case Sheet" se nayi banao.
Treatment Complete me galat draft case sheet cancel ya delete kaise kare?
Treatment Complete page par cancel / delete button nahi hai. Patient chart → Sections → "Visits" → us din ka card → "● Clinical Note" ke "⋯" → "🗑️ Delete" → "Remove" dabao — draft "Cancelled" me chali jaati hai (data mitta nahi, sirf chhupta hai). Na hatana ho to bas chhod do — complete na karo to na bill banta hai na kuch aur.
