Draft row par "Complete →", baaki par "Open". List me sabse naye 100 case sheet aate hain. Visit note se bani draft me Doctor "—" rehta hai (wahan doctor chuna nahi jaata). "Cancelled" me wo aate hain jinka clinical note patient chart ke Visits me "🗑️ Delete" kiya gaya. Draft yahan pade rehne se koi nuksaan nahi — bill ya report par asar nahi padta.
Treatment Complete ki Draft list me itne saare case sheet kahan se aaye?
Patient chart me jab bhi kisi din ka Visit note (complaint, diagnosis, vitals…) save hota hai, us patient ki us din ki ek "draft" case sheet ban jaati hai — wahi Treatment Complete ki "Draft" list me dikhti hai, saath me yahan "New Case Sheet" se banayi hui bhi. Inhe complete karna zaroori nahi; jo kaam chart ke "✓ Done" se ho chuka, unhe yahan complete mat karo warna doosra bill banega.
