Cancel record me rehta hai (reason aur samay ke saath) — reports aur patient history ke liye. Cancel par patient ko (file se juda ho aur phone ho to) message jaata hai; sirf naam se bani walk-in booking cancel karne par message nahi jaata. Patient aaya hi nahi tha to Cancel ki jagah "No-show" dabao — usme koi message nahi jaata. Duplicate booking ho gayi ho to ek ko cancel karo.
Appointment delete kaise kare?
Appointment delete karne ka option app me nahi hai (web aur mobile dono). Galat ya bekaar appointment ko "Cancel" karo — card par "Cancel" (ya right-click → "Cancel appointment") → reason (kam se kam 5 akshar) → "OK". Calendar par dikhna band karna ho to toolbar ke "Status" button me "Cancelled" ka tick hata do.
