Message staff ke profile wale phone number par clinic ki messaging setting wale channel (WhatsApp ya SMS) se jaata hai; number na ho to us staff ko nahi jaata. Ek staff ko ek din me ek hi baar jaata hai — jisko pehle mil chuka uspe dobara nahi. Jo nahi gaya wo "bheja gaya" mark nahi hota, isliye usi din ka raat wala automatic reminder (agar abhi chala na ho) use phir try karta hai. Reminder se attendance apne aap poori nahi hoti — staff ko khud Check Out karna hoga, ya owner Edit se Out jod de. Notifications tab me "Missed Check-Out Today" card par "📲 WhatsApp Reminder" bhi yahi karta hai. Mobile: Attendance Admin → Today → "Notify Missed Punches".
Check-out bhoolne wale staff ko "Notify Missed" se reminder kaise bheje?
Team → Attendance → Today → "🔔 Notify Missed": us date par jo staff Check In karke abhi bhi IN hai (Check Out nahi kiya, ya lunch par atka hai), unke phone par message jaata hai — "🕒 Reminder — you have not checked out today …". Popup batata hai "N missed-punch notification(s) sent".
