Edit / Duplicate koi bhi staff kar sakta hai; Archive sirf owner / admin — doosre role ko "Archive failed: Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin" aata hai. Archive se pehle bhare gaye forms Filled forms me bane rehte hain. Archive kiya form wapas laane ka button app me nahi hai — zaroorat ho to naya form banao. Edit karne se purane bhare forms ke jawab nahi badalte. Mobile par card ke archive icon → "Archive".
Custom form edit, copy ya delete (archive) kaise kare?
Setup → Settings → Clinical → Custom Forms → Templates → form card par "Edit" (badlo → "Save"), "Duplicate" (naam ke aage "(copy)" wala naya form khulta hai → Save), ya laal dustbin → 'Archive "<form naam>"?' par OK. Archive form list aur chart se hat jaata hai.
