Palette ka button dabane par field neeche jud jaati hai (drag nahi, click). Field card par ↑ ↓ se order badlo, dustbin se hatao. Field select karo to right panel me Label, Placeholder, "Help text (small)", Required, Width (1–12 grid) aur STYLE (font, size, align, colour, padding, border) aate hain. Dropdown / Radio / Checkbox ke options comma laga kar likho. Form name khaali ho to "Save" button dabta hi nahi. Naye (bina save) form par "Preview" dabane se "Save the template first to see a live preview." aata hai; purane form ka Preview aakhri save hua roop dikhata hai, abhi ke badlav nahi. Save na karna ho to "Cancel". Koi bhi staff login form bana / badal sakta hai.
Naya custom form kaise banaye (New Form)?
Setup → Settings → Clinical → Custom Forms → Templates → "New Form" → "Form name" likho, category chuno (Intake / Consent / Feedback / Screening / Follow-up / Other) → left palette se field par click karke jodo → har field ka label / options bharo → "Save". Form card ban jaata hai aur patient chart ke Custom Forms tab me dikhne lagta hai.
