Forms category-wise group me dikhte hain. Koi form bana hi nahi to "No custom forms created yet — go to Setup → Settings → Clinical → Custom Forms." aata hai. Mobile: patient → Forms → "Custom" sub-tab me bhare forms ki list; bharne ke liye "Open Forms" dabao, Filled forms screen isi patient ke liye khulti hai.
Patient chart se custom form bharna ya print karna kaise?
Patient chart → "⋯ More" → Forms → "Custom Forms" tab → form card par "Fill" (screen par bharo → "Save submission") ya "Print" (patient ke naam / UHID ke saath khaali form chhapta hai, haath se bharwane ke liye). Neeche "Filled forms (n)" me us patient ke bhare forms "View" ho jaate hain.
