"View" table me jawab dikhte hain par sawal ki jagah form ka andar wala chhota code (jaise f_ab12cd3 ya fullName) dikhta hai, sawal ka label nahi. Isliye patient ko jawab wala kaagaz dena ho to "Print" se form chhapo, patient se bharwao aur sign karwa kar scan ko Docs → Documents me upload kar do. Setup → Settings → Clinical → Custom Forms → "Filled forms" me bhi sirf View aur Delete hai.
Custom form patient ke naam ke saath print kaise kare?
Forms → "Custom Forms" → form card ka "Print" — patient ki details token se bhar kar form chhapta hai, baaki haath se bharne / sign karwane ke liye. Bhara hua form "Filled forms" me "View" se screen par dikhta hai; jawab ke saath print ka button abhi nahi hai.
