Custom form print kaise kare, bhare hue jawab ke saath chhapta hai?
Print hamesha form ka khaali roop chhapta hai (tokens bhare hue, jawab ki jagah line/box). Patient ke liye: chart → ⋯ More → Forms → Custom Forms → "Print". Bina patient: Setup → Settings → Clinical → Custom Forms → card "Preview" → "🖨 Print". Screen par bhare jawab "View" me dikhte hain, unka print button nahi hai.
