Likha hua text Enter na bhi dabaya ho to box se bahar click karte hi jud jaata hai. Galat chip ko dobara tap karo ya × se hatao; "✓ None / NA" kisi asli entry ke saath nahi rehta. Ye jaankari registration form ke Medical & Dental History hisse me chhapti hai, aur prescription likhte waqt allergy / medical history / pregnancy se dawa ki safety check hoti hai. Baad me badalna ho to chart → ✎ Edit patient details me comma se alag likh kar "Save changes".

Step 2 "Medical History" me chaar box hain — Medical History, Dental History, Current Medicines, Allergies. List ke chip tap karo; list me na ho to box ke neeche likh kar Enter dabao; kuch na ho to "✓ None / NA". Isi step me "Pain Scale / Dard ka star (VAS 0–10)" aur "Habits / Aadate" (Smoking / Tobacco / Alcohol / Other) bhi hain.
