Patient ko parche par allergy ki baat chahiye to "Advice for the patient" me likho — wo "Advice" hisse me chhapti hai. Salt / generic naam chahiye to dawai ke "Medicine name" ya "Instructions" me likho (alag "Generic / salt" khaana print nahi hota). Editor ka "Preview" Findings aur Investigation bhi dikhata hai, par asli parche par ye nahi aate. Mobile ka 🖨 → "Latest Rx" bhi yahi parcha deta hai.
Parche par patient ki allergy ya medical history kyun nahi chhapti?
Clinic ka A5 parcha abhi sirf Patient / UHID / Date, C/C, Dx, dawaiyan, Advice, Follow-up aur doctor ka sign chhapta hai — allergy, medical history, investigation ya salt (composition) nahi. Setup → Settings → Billing → Printing Setup ke "Additional Settings For Prescription" ke "Medical Conditions", "Allergies", "Investigation" aur "Include composition" switch save to hote hain, par abhi parche ko nahi badalte.
