Cancel par koi confirm nahi poochta aur patient ko koi message nahi jaata. Cancel kiye recall ko wapas chalu karne ka button nahi hai: chart card me phir "No recall set" dikhega → "+ Set" se naya recall bana do. Patient ko koi message hi nahi chahiye to patient details me SMS DND lagao (alag entry). Cancel koi bhi staff kar sakta hai; Delete sirf owner / admin. Mobile: Recalls card ka "Cancel", ya Profile tab ke Recall me "Cancel recall".
Recall cancel kaise kare jab patient ab nahi aana chahta?
Recalls page par row ka grey "Cancel" dabao — recall "cancelled" ho kar Due This Week / Overdue / All Pending se hat jaata hai (delete nahi hota). Patient chart ke "Recall" card me "Cancel recall" se bhi hota hai. Patient ne mana kiya ho to pehle "📞 Log call" → "Declined / मना किया" → "Save call" karo taaki patient ki file me note rahe.
