Delete pakka hai — undo nahi; recall aur uski Attempts ginti chali jaati hai (patient ke clinical notes me likhe call notes rehte hain). Galat patient ya galat type ka recall ho to bhi "Cancel" kaafi hai. Mobile par card ka trash → "Delete recall?" → "Delete"; owner / admin ke alawa "Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin" aata hai.

Recall delete sirf owner / admin login se hota hai: Patient Care → Follow-ups → Recalls → row ka laal "Delete" → "Delete this recall?" par OK. Receptionist / doctor ke login par web par kuch nahi hota (koi error bhi nahi dikhta) — unke liye "Cancel" button hai, jo recall ko list se hata deta hai.
