App me doctor chunne ka hissa nahi aata, aur "✓ Approve" dabate waqt bhi doctor chunne ka option nahi hai — appointment bina doctor ke banti hai, isliye approve ke baad Calendar me appointment khol kar doctor laga do. Time na diya ho to appointment 09:00 par banti hai, wo bhi theek karo. Approve / Reject / naya time ("↔ Counter") karne par patient ke phone par app notification jaata hai (WhatsApp nahi). Request se seedha appointment nahi banti, aur app ki request par 2-pending wali rok nahi lagti.
Patient app se appointment book kare to request kahan aati hai?
Patient app me "Book Appointment" → "Preferred Date *", "Preferred Time", "Treatment / Reason" ya "Chief Complaint" → "Request Appointment" → toast "Booking request sent — the clinic will confirm". Request Today → Calendar → Online Bookings ki "Action Queue" me NEW banke aati hai; staff "✓ Approve" kare tabhi calendar me appointment banti hai.
