Submit hote hi report se ek adverse event (Compliance Logs → Adverse Events) aur register row bhi ban chuki hoti hai; incident badalne se wo nahi badalte. Galat adverse event owner / admin Compliance Logs ke trash icon se hata sakte hain (NABH record hone ki wajah se delete mana bhi ho sakta hai). Poori report hatwani ho to ORALZY support se baat karo. Sentinel / Critical galti se chuna tha to uske mock drill, training aur 30-day review wale register task bhi ban chuke honge — unhe Registers me dekh lo.
Incident report galat bhar di to edit ya delete kaise kare?
NABH Hub → SOP Sign-Off → "Incident Reports" me report ki details edit ya delete karne ka koi button nahi hai — har card par sirf CAPA status dropdown hai. Galti ho to sahi details ke saath "Report New Incident" se nayi report daalo, aur galat card ko dropdown se "Closed" karke wajah committee minutes me likh do.
