Mobile par Floor → Wait list → "Open" se Wait List screen khulti hai. Status (Notified / Booked / Cancelled) badalne ke niyam Calendar wale Wait List page par hain.
Floor par Wait list kya hai, kahan se patient add kare?
Today → Mission Control → Floor ke neeche "Wait list" card me "Show" dabao — clinic ki wait list (jo patient pehle slot chahte hain, cancellation bharne ke liye) wahin khulti hai. Naya naam jodna ho to "+ Add to Waitlist" → Patient Name *, Phone, Treatment, Preferred Date / Time, Notes bharo aur save karo. Ye check-in queue (aaye hue patient) se alag hai.
