Dhyan: Meta ka 24 ghante wala niyam clinic ke apne number par bhi lagta hai — patient ne 24 ghante me message na kiya ho to Meta khud likha text rok sakta hai; tab Messages / Sent Log me FAILED aur wajah dikhti hai. WhatsApp na chale to app SMS try karta hai, par khud likha text SMS par DLT template ke bina nahi jaata. Box ka text "📱 Send from your own phone" dabane par bhi saath jaata hai — wo aapke phone ka WhatsApp kholta hai (patient ko aapka number dikhta hai, Sent Log me nahi aata). Patient ka jawab chart ke Sections → ⋯ More → "Messages" me "Received" row ban kar aata hai. Mobile: patient → More → "Messages" → "✏ Compose".
