Mobile par duration / TALK TIME abhi "0s" dikhta hai.
Mobile app me patient ki call par outcome (Booked, Missed) kaise lagaye?
Mobile: patient kholo → tab strip "More" → Comms → "Calls" → call card ka pill ("+ Set outcome") dabao → "Booked", "Declined", "Missed", "No answer", "Escalate" ya "Follow-up" chuno — turant save hota hai ("saving…"). Upar ke chips me har chune gaye outcome ki ginti dikhti hai.
