Status khud 'booked' nahi hota — haath se badalna padta hai, warna patient list me 'waiting' dikhta rahega. Patient ko slot ka invite link bhejna ho to Open Slot Filler use karo: wahan patient link se khud confirm karta hai aur appointment apne aap ban jaati hai (Open Slot Filler sirf registered patients ko suggest karta hai). Mobile: Wait List screen par 'Booked' button.
Wait List wale patient ko appointment kaise de?
Wait List tab me seedha appointment banane ka button nahi hai. Slot khulne par patient se baat karo, fir Today → Calendar me us time par normal booking karo (calendar ke toolbar ka Wait list panel → "Book a slot" us patient ki maangi date par form khol deta hai). Booking ke baad Wait List me us row ka status 'booked' kar do.
