Web par booking ke do darwaze hain, dono ek hi "New Appointment" form kholte hain: (1) Calendar me jis din/chair/time par chahiye us khaali slot par click — time aur chair apne aap bhar jaate hain; (2) Calendar ke header me "+ Book" button — agla khaali slot le leta hai. Form me "Patient (search by Name / Phone / UHID) *" zaroori hai (naya patient ho to wahin se bana sakte ho), "Time *", Doctor (clinic ka default doctor ★ pehle se chuna aata hai), aur "Treatment (optional)". "Book Appointment" dabate hi slot calendar par aa jaata hai. Doctor chuna ho to usi doctor ke usi time par doosri booking par "Slot already booked for this doctor at this time" aata hai — doctor khaali chhodoge to ye rok nahi lagti. Calendar ke saath "Book & List" tab bhi hai jahan list dekh kar book kar sakte ho. Mobile app: Calendar (ya Appointments) screen par neeche + button → "Book Appointment" sheet → patient, date, time bharo → "Book Appointment".
Naya appointment kaise book karu — patient ka slot / mulakat ka samay kaise fix karu?
Today → Calendar kholo aur khaali slot par click karo (ya upar orange "+ Book" button) — "New Appointment" form khulta hai: patient (naam / phone / UHID se search), time, doctor, treatment bharo aur "Book Appointment" dabao. Mobile: Calendar ya Appointments screen par + (FAB) → "Book Appointment".
