Chart ke "Book recall" button se appointment kaise book kare?

Patient chart me "Recall overdue" patti ka "Book recall" (ya upar hero patti ka "Recall" tile) dabao → "Date (YYYY-MM-DD):" (default 7 din baad) → "Time (HH:MM, 24-hour):" (default 11:00) → "Reason / procedure:" (default "Recall") → appointment "Scheduled" ban jaata hai aur "✓ Scheduled <date> <time>" aata hai.

Date isi format me likho, jaise 2026-10-23, aur time 24 ghante wala (14:30). Doctor ya chair yahan nahi chunte — wo chahiye to Today → Calendar se book karo. Ye sirf appointment banata hai, recall khud nahi badalta: Recalls page par "📞 Log call" → "Appointment booked" chuno (recall scheduled ho jaata hai), aur patient aane ke baad "✓ Done". Fail ho to "Schedule failed: <wajah>" dikhta hai.

  3. Time HH:MM (24-hour) aur Reason likho
  4. Recalls page par "📞 Log call" → "Appointment booked" bhi save karo
