Mobile app me Today → Patient Requests kholo: upar "Pending" / "Done" / "Dismissed" tab. Har row par icons: 📞 call, 💬 chat (WhatsApp Inbox us number se khulta hai), 👤 chart (sirf jab patient file me ho), ✓ Done, ✕ Dismiss; Done / Dismissed tab me ↻ Reopen. Neeche kheench kar refresh karo.
