Delete se us profile ki saari settings hat jaati hain; Insurance page ke claims par asar nahi padta. History chahiye to delete ki jagah Status 'Lapsed' ya 'Paused' karna behtar hai (History tab sirf Active profiles ke card dikhata hai). Doosre staff ke login par 'Delete failed: Forbidden: DELETE restricted to owner/admin/super_admin' aata hai. Mobile app me delete nahi hota.
Empanelment profile delete kaise kare, galti se delete ho gaya to?
Billing → Insurance & RGHS → Empanelment → Profiles → row ka laal 🗑 → 'Delete this empanelment profile? This cannot be undone.' → OK. Sirf owner / admin. Undo nahi hai. Default wala (11 TPA ya PMJAY) galti se hata to upar 'Seed defaults' dabao — wo naye, Paused roop me wapas aate hain (target, cap, contract, certificate dobara bharne honge); khud jodi scheme 'Add scheme' se dobara banani hogi.
