Calendar (V4) par no-show / cancelled appointment par status buttons nahi aate aur use drag bhi nahi kar sakte. Book & List ya mobile se status badalne par bhi no-show ka nishaan Calendar, Missed Patients aur No-Show Rate report me rehta hai. Patient ko dobara bulana ho to naya appointment book karo. Aage se: patient aate hi status PT In / Engage aur jaate waqt PT Out karo — raat 10:30 ka auto no-show sirf "Scheduled" pade appointments ko pakadta hai.
No-show galti se mark ho gaya, undo kaise kare?
App me no-show flag hatane / undo karne ka koi button nahi hai. Status badal bhi do to bhi no-show flag aur patient ka no-show count wahi rehte hain. Patient ki file me note likho ki patient aaya tha, aur flag hatwana zaroori ho to ORALZY support se baat karo.
