Paisa seedha clinic ke UPI ID par aata hai — app ko pata nahi chalta, isliye aane par chart → "Collect payment" me UTR ke saath darj karo. Errors: "UPI ID not set — patients cannot pay via 1-tap link until you add the clinic UPI ID" (owner/admin Setup → Settings → Billing → Bill Settings (GST, UPI, bank) → "UPI ID (for QR code on invoice)" bhare); "Nothing due on this bill" — bill par kuch baaki nahi (patient ke khate ka jama paisa bhi gina jaata hai). Paid, cancelled ya credit note row par button nahi aata. Mobile: Billing → Bills me bill row ka 📱 icon → "UPI Pay — ₹X" → "Copy / Share" ya "Open UPI App"; patient ke Bills tab me bill row ka "Pay" → "Open UPI App". Card / netbanking wala online link ye nahi hai — wo Payment Gateways se banta hai.
Billing page ka "Pay Link" button kya karta hai?
Billing → Bills me finalized ya partial-paid bill ki row par "Pay Link" dabao — app us bill ke bache amount ka UPI link (upi://pay…) banakar clipboard me copy kar deta hai aur dialog "Pay link copied to clipboard!" me Due aur link dikhata hai ("Open here" / "Just keep the copy"). Link WhatsApp/SMS me paste karke patient ko bhejo — patient ke phone par wo UPI app (GPay/PhonePe/Paytm) me amount bhara hua kholta hai.
