Save ke baad screen par aakhir me "✓ Bill ₹X…" hi dikhta hai — link bana ya gaya ya nahi uska chhota message ("⚠️ Gateway pay-link not created: No payment gateway configured", "⚠️ Pay-link WhatsApp not sent: …") usi pal dhak jaata hai, isliye pakka karna ho to patient se poochho. Clinic ka apna WhatsApp number juda ho to patient ko invoice message jaata hai: clinic ka naam, invoice no., amount, clinic UPI ID ho to 1-tap UPI link, aur "🔒 Pay online (card/netbanking)" link. ORALZY ke shared WhatsApp number par patient ko bill ka PDF jaata hai — usme online pay link nahi hota. DHYAN: is gateway link se patient pay kare to paisa clinic ke Razorpay / Cashfree account me aata hai, par app me apne aap darj NAHI hota (link me bill / patient ki pehchaan nahi judti) — gateway dashboard me paisa dekh kar chart → "Bill / Collect" → "Collect payment" se us bill par darj karo, UTR box me gateway ka payment ID daal kar. Gateway keys sirf owner/admin daal sakte hain. Mobile: Bills tab → bill row ka WhatsApp icon (gateway ho to "Sent with pay link" aata hai — uska paisa bhi haath se darj karna hota hai).
Bill banate waqt patient ko WhatsApp pay link kaise bheje?
"New bill" me "Amount paid now" bill se kam ho aur patient ka phone ho to neeche "Send WhatsApp pay link for the unpaid balance" tick aata hai. Tick karke Save karo — clinic ke payment gateway (Razorpay/Cashfree) se baaki amount ka online link banta hai aur bill WhatsApp par jaata hai. Gateway Setup → Settings → Billing → Payment Gateways me juda hona zaroori hai; na ho to link nahi banta (bill phir bhi save hota hai).
