Link tabhi banta hai jab Provider Configs me us provider ka config Enabled ho aur keys bhari hon — warna "Razorpay not configured / enabled" / "Razorpay credentials missing" / "PayU not configured / enabled" aata hai. Amount 0 ho to "amount > 0 required". Dhyan: abhi Razorpay ke saath "Generate Link" par error aa sakta hai (jaise "Request failed with status code 401") jabki "Save & Test" theek dikhata hai — ye app ki taraf ki dikkat hai, ORALZY support ko batayein. Razorpay link banne par Razorpay khud patient ke phone par SMS (aur email ho to email) bhejta hai, agar patient chuna ho. Web par WhatsApp button nahi hai — link copy karke bhejo. Mobile: Pay Links tab → "+ New Payment Link" → "Generate"; row par WhatsApp icon "Pay here: <link>" message ke saath WhatsApp kholta hai. Ye link kisi bill se juda nahi hota, isliye paisa aane par bill ka due apne aap kam nahi hota.

Setup → Integrations → Payment Links & Bank → "Payment Links" → "New Link" → Provider (Razorpay / PayU), Patient (ya "Walk-in / no patient"), "Amount (₹)", Description, "Expires in (hours)" (default 72) → "Generate Link". List me row aata hai — URL column ke "open" / copy icon se link patient ko bhejo.
