Naya patient register karte waqt form ke neeche "🧾 Consultation Fee" box hota hai — sirf tab jab Settings → Consultation Fee me fee ON ho aur patient ki scheme / rate plan par fee lagti ho (RGHS jaise scheme me exempt ho to "is not being charged" wali line dikhti hai). "Collect fee now" tick rakho, Amount default se aata hai (badal sakte ho), Payment Mode me UPI chuno — turant fee amount ka QR neeche, clinic ki UPI ID ke saath, aur "⛶ Poori screen par bada QR" bhi. Ye QR sirf paisa maangta hai: patient ki file abhi bani nahi hoti, isliye Register dabane par hi fee charge hoti hai — wahi purana tareeka, validity ke saath. Paisa jaane ka message dekh kar UTR "Reference (optional)" box me likho, phir Register dabao ("Paisa aane ka SMS/notification dekh kar hi Register dabayein"). Amount 0 ho to "Amount likhte hi UPI QR yahin banega". QR na bane to Settings → Clinic → "UPI ID (for QR code on invoice)" check karo. PhonePe amount wala QR reject kare to "Bina amount wala QR" button se patient khud amount likhta hai (web).

Register form ke "🧾 Consultation Fee" box me "Collect fee now" tick karke Payment Mode = UPI chuno — fee amount ka QR wahin, patient save hone se pehle. UTR "Reference" me likho, phir Register dabao. Web + mobile.
