Box me likha aata hai "✓ ₹X will be auto-charged. Valid till <date> (N days)" — itne din (default 15) tak dobara aane par fee nahi maangi jaati. Validity khatam hone ke baad patient ka chart kholte hi "Consultation fee due" popup aata hai: "💵 Charge ₹X — Cash" / "📱 Charge ₹X — UPI" / "Skip for this visit" (screen ka purana text kehta hai agle bill me fee khud judegi — ab bill me khud nahi judti, popup se lete hain). Bill par fee ka naam clinic ka label hota hai (default "Consultation Fee"); clinic ne GST ya after-hours / Sunday wali dynamic pricing lagayi ho to wo bhi judti hai. "📱 UPI (QR)" chunne par wahin QR banta hai — paisa aane ka message dekh kar hi save karo. Receipt baad me chart ke ⋯ → "🧾 Print bills — choose…" se. Fee ka box sirf tab dikhta hai jab Setup → Settings → Billing → Consultation Fee on ho aur patient ki scheme / rate plan par fee lagti ho. Owner ne Action Guard me "Charge consultation/OPD fee" on kiya ho to fee ke saath save par PIN maangega. Mobile par same box, button "Register Patient".

Step 3 ke "🧾 Consultation Fee" box me "Collect fee now" tick rehne do → "How is the fee being paid?" me "💵 Cash" / "📱 UPI (QR)" / "Card" / "Cheque" / "Bank transfer" chuno → Amount khaali = clinic ki default fee → zaroorat ho to "Reference (optional)" me UTR / cheque no. → "Save Patient ✓". Patient ke saath fee ka paid bill aur payment ban jaata hai.
