Kaunse form banenge, ye Setup → Settings → Clinical → Treatment Types me us treatment ke "📄 Auto-Consent Forms" chips se tay hota hai; kuch na chuna ho to app treatment ke naam se khud chunta hai (jaise extraction par Extraction + Local Anaesthesia, kuch match na ho to General). Plan save karte hi naye consent ek print popup me khulte hain; popup block hua to print nahi dikhega par consent list me aa jaata hai. "⚠ Consent forms did not load — …" dikhe to ye khaali list nahi, load error hai — "Retry" dabao. Mobile Forms tab ka "+" dabane par bhi yaad dilata hai ki consent treatment "Mark Done" par apne aap banta hai.
Consent Forms me "No consent forms yet" kyun dikh raha hai?
Consent form tab banta hai jab patient ka treatment Plan me save ho ya Mark Done ho. Abhi tak koi treatment plan/done nahi hua to list khaali rahegi: "No consent forms yet. They auto-generate when a treatment is marked done." Treatment plan ya Mark Done sirf doctor, admin ya owner kar sakte hain — receptionist ke login se consent nahi banta.
