Delete = Recycle Bin: 30 din tak wapas aa sakta hai (Billing → Bills par "Recycle Bin" button, restore owner/admin), permanent delete sirf owner. Bill delete receptionist, doctor, assistant bhi kar sakte hain, par paisa juda bill tabhi jab owner/admin us payment ko void kare. Confirm me chetavni aa sakti hai: "⚠️ This bill shows ₹X collected…" aur "🧾 This patient has ₹X on account that is not linked to any bill…". Void ke baad message "₹X voided and bill … moved to the Recycle Bin." PIN cancel hua to "PIN not accepted — bill NOT deleted."; payment wale din ka Day End close ho to void nahi hota — pehle Billing → Day End me reopen. Delete ke baad us bill ke treatment chart se dobara bill nahi hote. Mobile Bills tab ke "Delete" par paisa jude bill ka error aata hai ("This bill has ₹X collected against it…") — wahan pehle receipt "Void" karo. Final bill ki raqam ghatani ho to owner/admin Billing → Bills → Credit Notes se credit note banaye.
Chart se bill delete karte waqt "Payment is blocking this delete" kyu aata hai?
Sections → "Visits" → us din ke "Bills" table me "🗑 Delete" → "Move to Recycle Bin". Bill par paisa juda ho to app pehle payment hatane ko kehta hai: "Payment is blocking this delete" → "Void ₹X & delete bill" (ya "Keep the payment"). Void sirf owner/admin kar sakte hain — patient ne sach me paisa diya tha to void ke baad wahi paisa sahi bill par dobara darj karna padega, warna uska koi record nahi bachega.
