Clinic switch default OFF hai aur sab campaigns ka master hai: OFF ho to koi campaign apne aap nahi chalta, chahe card ENABLED ho. DISABLED campaign bhi "Run Now" dabane par turant message bhej deta hai — band ka matlab sirf "time par apne aap nahi chalega". Trial plan par apne aap run hota hi nahi, sirf "Run Now". Dono switch owner / admin hi badal sakte hain. Hamesha ke liye hatana ho to card ka trash (delete).
Recare campaign ko on ya band (pause) kaise kare?
Web: Patient Care → Follow-ups → Recare Campaigns → campaign card ke upar Power (⏻) icon dabao — "● ENABLED" ↔ "○ DISABLED". Mobile: Recare Campaigns screen me card ka switch, ya Recalls screen → "AI Campaigns" tab → "Pause" / "Resume". Apne aap chalne ke liye clinic ka switch bhi ON chahiye: Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) → "Recare / recall campaigns".
