Login par two-factor (Google Authenticator code) kaise lagaye?

Header → My Account → Two-Factor ("🔐 Two-Factor Authentication (TOTP)") → "Set up TOTP" → Google / Microsoft Authenticator se QR scan karo (na ho to key haath se) → 6 ank ka code → "Verify & Enable". Ab har login par password ke baad code maanga jaata hai. Band: password + code → "Disable TOTP".

Code har login raste par maanga jaata hai — password, naya device, OTP, clinic chunna. Staff Login (ESS) aur CA login par nahi. 5 galat code par thodi der ke liye login ruk jaata hai. Backup codes nahi hain — phone kho jaye to owner / admin "🔐 Reset 2FA" kar sakta hai (alag row dekho). Mobile: Security screen → "Enable Two-Factor Auth".
