Template se bulk message bhejna (WhatsApp Campaign launch / schedule) sirf owner / admin karte hain. Clinic ka WhatsApp number jodna / hatana bhi owner / admin ka kaam hai ("Only the clinic owner or admin can connect or disconnect WhatsApp."). Mobile app ke Templates screen par "Submit to Meta" aur Approved template ka "Send" bhi koi bhi staff kar sakta hai.

Haan. Clinic ka koi bhi staff login (owner, admin, doctor, receptionist…) template bana sakta hai, Draft / Rejected ko edit kar sakta hai, Meta ko bhej sakta hai aur "🔄 Refresh status" kar sakta hai — is page par role ki rok nahi. Sirf 🗑 Delete owner / admin ka hai. Auditor login sirf dekh sakta hai, aur Staff Login (ESS) se ye kaam nahi hota.
