Sent Log patient se har tarah ki baat ek jagah dikhata hai, isliye Call Log ki calls bhi "📞 Call" channel se isme aati hain. Call ka Status call ke natije se banta hai: booked / resolved = "Read", escalated = "Delivered", missed / no-answer / voicemail = "Failed", baaki = "Sent". " · incoming" = patient ne call kiya.
