Connect Exotel on this page first." Call ka kharcha clinic ke Exotel account me lagta hai. "Click-to-Call" button tabhi dikhta hai jab patient ka mobile number ho; number khaali chhoda to "Enter your number". ⋯ (More actions) → "Call patient" alag hai — wo sirf aapke device ka dialer kholta hai, record nahi banta. Mobile app: patient → upar 📞 icon phone se call lagata hai.
Chart se Click-to-Call karke patient ko clinic number se call kaise kare?
Patient chart → Sections → ⋯ More → "Messages" → upar "Click-to-Call" → "Your number (will ring first)" me apna number daalo → "Place Call". Pehle aapka phone bajta hai, phir patient se judta hai; patient ko clinic ka Exotel virtual number dikhta hai. "✅ Call initiated" aata hai aur call list me jud jaati hai.
