"Auto send Birthday Wishes" toggle abhi kuch nahi rokta — birthday wish Patient Messages (on/off) ke "Birthday wish + one-time 15% coupon (daily 8:00 AM)" switch se chalti hai. Dusre computer par ye toggles alag hote hain. Ye browser wale message waise bhi sirf clinic ke apne jude number se jaate hain — ORALZY ke common number par nahi. Mobile app ke WhatsApp Hub → "Settings" tab ke "Auto-Send Events" switch ("Per-device prefs (this phone only)") abhi kisi message ko nahi rokte. Web wale toggles Settings tab me tabhi dikhte hain jab clinic ka apna-number connect approve ho chuka ho. Patient Messages me switch badal kar "✓ Save all changes" dabana zaroori hai; ye sirf owner/admin ke menu me hai.
WhatsApp Connection ke 'Auto-Send Toggles' band karne se kya hota hai?
WhatsApp Connection → "Settings" tab ke neeche "Auto-Send Toggles" sirf isi computer ke browser me save hote hain, aur sirf isi browser se bane appointment booked, treatment done, treatment plan aur payment received wale WhatsApp ko rokte hain. Poori clinic ke automatic messages (reminder, birthday, review…) Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Patient Messages (on/off) se on/off hote hain.
