Message clinic ke Tele-Consult invite template se banta hai: patient ka naam, date, time, join link, aur fees set ho to "💰 Consultation fee: ₹…" line (template Setup → Settings → Auto Messages → Tele-Consult me badalte hain). Error: "Patient phone missing" = appointment me phone nahi hai, pehle appointment / patient me number daalo. "Enable TeleMed first" = pehle "Enable TeleMed" karo. "⚠️ …" ke saath ajeeb text aaye to WhatsApp nahi gaya — WhatsApp connection / wallet check karo ya link copy karke bhejo. Patient ko koi app install nahi karni, link browser me khulta hai.
Patient ko video consult ka link WhatsApp par kaise bheje ya dobara bheje?
Treatment → Clinical → Consult & Voice → Telemedicine → "🟢 Upcoming TeleMed Appointments" me patient ke card par Send (✈, "Resend WhatsApp link") dabao → "✅ Sent on WhatsApp!". Khud bhejna ho to Copy ("Copy link") dabao → "🔗 Link copied!" → WhatsApp / SMS me paste karo.
