Message ka text Smart Cancellation Recovery ke Message Template se banta hai aur link neeche jud jaata hai — default template me 'Reply YES to book' line bhi hai, isliye kuch patient link dabane ki jagah WhatsApp par YES likh dete hain; inbox bhi dekhte raho. Bina phone ya opt-out wale patient ko nahi jaata.
Open Slot Filler ka invite patient ko kaisa milta hai aur wo kaise book karta hai?
"📲 Send to N candidates" ke baad har chune patient ko WhatsApp (WhatsApp na chale to SMS) par slot ka message aur ek link jaata hai. Link kholne par 'Slot Open' page — Date, Time, Duration, Treatment, Doctor — aur "✅ Confirm This Slot" button. Jo pehle confirm kare uski appointment calendar me apne aap Scheduled ban jaati hai; patient ko 'Slot confirmed!' dikhta hai.
