Ek baar me latest 200 dikhte hain; zyada hon to neeche "Showing the latest 200 of N. Search to narrow down." — purana Rx search se dhoondho. Delete (cancel) kiye Rx list me nahi aate. List load na ho to error ke saath "Retry". Koi bhi staff login ye list dekh sakta hai (auditor bhi, sirf padhne ke liye); Staff Login (ESS) wale nahi. Isi tab ke chips se Vital Signs aur Treatment Complete bhi khulte hain. Mobile par ☰ menu → Treatment → Clinical → "Prescriptions" tile par wahi list.
Prescriptions page (Rx & Vitals) par kya dikhta hai?
Treatment → Clinical → Rx & Vitals → Prescriptions: clinic me likhe saare prescriptions ki list, naye sabse upar. Columns: Date, Patient (naam + UHID), Medicines, Diagnosis, Follow-up, Dispensed (Yes / No) aur har row par "Open chart". Upar search box "Patient, phone, UHID or medicine", ↻ (Refresh) aur "New prescription". Ye page sirf dekhne ke liye hai — Rx likhna, badalna, print patient ke chart me hota hai.
