Edit / print / WhatsApp / delete ke liye card tap karke patient profile → "More" → "Rx". Mobile list me "Open chart" button nahi — card hi tap karo.

Card tap = patient profile. "New prescription" → patient ke 2 akshar likho → naam tap → "New Prescription" form khulta hai → dawaiyan jodo → "Save Rx".
