"Open chart" patient ka chart kholta hai, Rx editor nahi. Edit sirf doctor / admin / owner kar sakte hain, Delete sirf owner / admin (delete hua Rx archive hota hai aur is list se hat jaata hai); print aur WhatsApp koi bhi staff. Owner ne Action Guard me "Edit prescription" / "Delete prescription" chuna ho to PIN maangega. Mobile par card tap karo → patient profile → "More" → "Rx" — wahan har row par Print / WhatsApp / Edit / Delete.
