Picker app me load hue patients me se 10 tak milte naam dikhata hai. "No patient found. Register the patient first." aaye to pehle Patient Care → Patients → Register New Patient se patient banao; abhi-abhi bana patient na mile to page refresh karke dobara dhoondho. Click ke baad "Opening…" dikhta hai; record merge / delete ho chuka ho to "This patient record no longer exists (deleted or merged)." Naya Rx clinic ka koi bhi staff login save kar sakta hai (auditor nahi); owner ne Setup → Admin → Users & Policy → Action Guard me "Write prescription" chuna ho to PIN / fingerprint maangega. Picker band karne ke liye "Cancel". Mobile par "New prescription" chart nahi, seedha Rx form kholta hai.
Prescriptions page se naya prescription kaise likhe?
Treatment → Clinical → Rx & Vitals → Prescriptions → "New prescription" → box "Search name, phone or UHID" me patient ka naam / phone / UHID likho → patient par click. Us patient ka chart khulta hai aur "Write prescription" editor pehle se khula milta hai — "+ Add medicine" se dawaiyan jodo → "Save parcha". Naya Rx is list me aur chart ke Rx section me aa jaata hai.
