Pharmacy stock ho to dawai ke saath stock badge dikhta hai, aur "🛡️ Veeransh safety check" saath-saath warning deta hai. Header ka "🎙 Voice → SOAP" bol kar khaali khaane bharta hai. Tooth zaroori nahi: "+ Treatment" drawer me tooth wala treatment chuna aur tooth nahi chuna to "💊 Write prescription only" bhi yahi editor kholta hai. Bilkul khaali medicine card apne aap chhod diya jaata hai. Kaun: clinic ka koi bhi staff login (receptionist bhi; auditor nahi) naya Rx save kar sakta hai; Action Guard me "Write prescription" chuna ho to PIN maangega. Patient chart se prescription (Rx) kaise likhe?
Patient Care → Patients → Patient List se patient kholo → upar "Rx" button (ya ⋯ More actions → Clinical → "Write prescription"). "Write prescription" editor me "+ Add medicine" se har dawai jodo (Medicine name, Dosage, Frequency, Duration, Instructions), zaroorat ho to Chief complaint / Diagnosis, "Advice for the patient" aur "Follow-up on" bharo → "Save parcha". Rx turant Sections → "Rx" ki list me aa jaata hai.
