Abhi form me treatment chunne ki list nahi hai, aur ye ID aam taur par screen par nahi dikhta, isliye record karna mushkil hai. ID sahi ho to app khud Treatment Name aur patient jod deta hai aur "Days After" (treatment record bane se kitne din) bhar deta hai; Patient Name aur Doctor khud nahi bharte, haath se likho. Follow-up date = save ka din. Ye outcome Quality KPIs aur "📊 Success Rates" me ginta hai. Patient ko koi message nahi jaata; bill ya register par asar nahi ("Refund issued" sirf nishaan hai, refund nahi karta). Mobile par record karne ka option nahi. Koi role taala nahi — receptionist bhi record kar sakta hai.
Treatment ka outcome (success, complication) kaise record kare?
Treatment → Clinical → Quality → Treatment Outcomes → "+ Record Outcome": "Treatment ID (from Treatments page)" bharo, phir Treatment Name, Patient Name, Doctor, Outcome (Success / Partial / Complication / Failure / Pending), "Pain Level (0-10)", "Satisfaction (1-5)", Complications (comma se), Patient Feedback, Clinician Notes, tick: Needs retreatment / Retreatment scheduled / Refund issued → "Save".
