List naye follow-up se purane ki taraf hai aur ek baar me 200 tak records dikhati hai. Patient ke naam se search nahi hai. Kuch na mile to "No outcomes found." Mobile: Treatment Outcomes screen → "📋 Records" tab, wahi filter; mobile par Edit / Delete nahi. Is list ka print ya Excel export button nahi hai.

Treatment → Clinical → Quality → Treatment Outcomes → "📋 All Outcomes" tab. Upar filter button: All / Success / Partial / Complication / Failure / Pending. Columns: Patient, Treatment, Doctor, Outcome, Pain, Satisfaction, Days After, Follow-up, Flags, Actions (Edit / Delete).
